It's unclear to me whether this is some sort of bug or if the encounters were only tested with zero latency. Getting hit my things I'm clearly out of has been an issue all the way through the game but it's only when hitting Titan that it starts to feel like a brick wall. I'm sure server first guilds will be able to work around (Or just drop people who don't have amazing connections.) and time their movement since it's easy to avoid if you're already running before he casts anything. This isn't a giant issue now since most people aren't to Titan hard yet, but when it becomes obvious to the wider community just how buggy endgame is right now it will be a major issue.
