Okay I would say I am a patient person but enough is enough.

So I lost my phone, no emergency removal code and I wana unlink my software token, heres the process I have gone through for this week:

Emailed Square Enix, waited 3 days (response promised in 2), after patiently waiting I was told my ticket is CLOSED and I have to reopen it again. What kind of stupidity is this? So instead of answer your customer's email within the 48 hours, you just close them because they expire?

Waited for live chat (as advised by one of the forum members) started the queue at 169 waited two hours and when it was my turn, I got a message saying "sorry there are no available agents". There was no indication of this throughout my two hour wait, so pretty much they made me lineup for 2 hours and then told me "sorry we are closed" once it was my turn

Being retarded and persistent (for the love of the game) I try phone support, waited for ANOTHER hour then while I was in queue the line got disconnected by itself (I was just sitting at home).

So I just wana ask. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS?! ENDLESS hoops for your customers to jump through with no results?

I am a very very very patient person but this is too much. I just want to play the game but seems like Square Enix is not letting me. I am taking my story to the media outlets to voice my opinion. Customer service this bad deserves to be known by the world. Sorry Square Enix but you really forced my hand in this one.
