Behemoth temporarily perma-locked?

I am well aware of the issues SE is facing with server overloads and the reasons they have temporarily locked certain worlds and I'm not here to gripe about it.

I have heard though that if you refresh or catch it at the right time you will be able to create characters on these worlds. I'm just wondering if anyone has recently been able to create a character on Behemoth at any time? Just trying to find out whether I'm wasting my clicks or not...

I think the servers are generally listed from least populated at the top to most populated at the bottom. Behemoth sits 4th from the bottom. I've been trying through the day and sitting up all hours of the night / early morning trying to get onto the server below Behemoth, and I've only seen available servers get down to the 7th from the bottom, Sargatanas. I've not seen Moogle, Ultros, Behemoth, Cactuar, Excalibur, or Hyperion ever show these past few days as I've been checking throughout the day and especially between 1 am and 7 am.

It would be nice to know if those servers at the bottom are permanently locked at the moment or are actually possible to open up. Because the news feed makes it sound like they could open up, but what I've seen in practice it doesn't appear to be the case.

This is exactly what I didn't want to hear lol. Also what I've expected to hear though and also wish if it is indeed permanently locked for the time being to have some clarification.

Well, almost all the servers open up around 3 or 4 am CST in my experience. Just not the bottom four or five. But that could be different in a few hours and they might open up. Realistically, with the weekend here, I'm not expecting it.

Yes, This is exactly what I noticed. Cactuar, Moogle, Behemoth, Ultros (and two more I can't remember) have been closed for the past 4 days. However I don't think they are purely listed in order of popularity. Considering sometimes you see Famfrit all the way up top also locked.

I'm really annoyed by the whole thing as I'd love to play with a friend on Moogle and playing a bit on a different server just to reset again a few days later (hopefully?) makes no sense to me...

Please SE, if you see these servers are the flooded ones, extend their capacity! Also maybe give some positive reinforcement for people to delete their characters on servers which were just created as a test account!

I can't remember the last time any of the Legacy servers were open, Hpyerion is perma-locked, never seen it open since launch day.
