    Is there a command or somewhere we can view how long we have played a character/account?

    similar to WoWs /played command

    From what I can find around the internet, such a command doesn't exist in FFXIV. Which stinks, because I wanted to compare my roommate's playtime to my own.

    The team is looking into implementing a text command that displays your total playtime. For other facts and figures we'll look into showing that off in other ways down the road...

    Please make it super hard to use... Like, "/whatismytotalplaytimepleasetellme" - something we can't type or click accidentally. I got depressed every time I accidentally clicked it in XI.
