WHM/PLD Looking for a Linkshell/Free Company

I currently have a 50 White Mage and 50 Paladin, both decently geared and starting the grind of AK Speed Runs. Also have a 42 Monk, which soon will be 50.

My Paladin and White Mage are both my mains by far though and prefer to Tank or Heal if needed in an end game situation.

I prefer something pretty laid back, but something that actually does some end game, not JUST a social FC/LS. I want a social FC/LS, I actually prefer it, but I prefer some end game that will actually use me in groups and not just invite me to their FC/LS and kinda leave me be and let me rot on the side.
