Square Enix has no customer support. They don't respond to us on their own lodestone forums(here), they redirect us here if we open a ticket on that other website or ingame. We get told to make a ticket on the site if we *somehow* manage to contact them on the phone. How do they expect to stay in business if they ignore their customers? I'm done with this game. Even though it's *good*, certain other things just cant be ignored.
