It is true that most all MMO's have server issues at launch. But what is also true is customer rights when it comes to "finished/fully released" products. Anyone who still can not play the game based on their customer rights in whatever country they live in entitle them to a full refund regardless of what the retailer or company claims.

If you can not play, cant create a character, cant access servers, and your retailer refuses you a refund. Than your bank will fight for you, and win.

I am not saying ppl should be doing charge backs, but it is something that is available to anyone in this exact situation when they can not resolve the issue with customer support, or the retailer they bought it from.
