    Same issue here. It means what it means. Your codes are not from the same region as your account, you might have an European copy in your hands if you live in America, vice versa.

    You can hope that SE support at least cares about you. You can also change the codes with someone else.
    I have an EU collectors edition code, and I'm looking for a NA one. I exchanged my EA with a stranger without any trouble.
