    Drear Square: when can new players make characters on this server???

    I bought my girlfriend a copy of ffxiv arr when informed new players could make characters on legacy servers. This has not been the case since beta 4 or through early release. Will this be lifted at launch. If not can we get our money back since we where misinformed. Please let me know square.

    I am also curious as to when the restriction will be lifted on this server as I have 5 friends that I have recruited to play with me. As of now they cannot create characters on this server with me.

    Well i just came from the mogle station, place where you manage your account and I saw a server transfer option, still not working but its there.

    It's crass that players with characters already on the server can't create new ones, since that would add to the server load at all.

    The ability to create new characters seems to be getting turned off and on, my friends were able to make one early yesterday morning after being denied all Saturday

    I'm in the same boat. Have 4 people waiting to make characters on Hyperion b/c I talked them into getting the game.
