Main Scenario Quest "Power of Deduction" Then???

I finished the quest "Power of Deduction" at level 27, went to get the next quest, and it required level 28, came back at 32 and the quest giver did not have a quest for me... I believe the next quest is called "The Secret of the White Lily"
