I submitted a request to have my registery switched to my correct service over a week ago. In the past week, phone support has been unreachable, internet support is nothing more than a joke in which you have links to half a dozen so-called support centers, and they still haven't responded to the form they presented to change registry from service 2 to service 1. And to top, it off, Iget an email today saying they've been unable to look in to my request...

First off, you have the worst customer support I've ever been unfortunate to need help from and could literally be a singular cause of this game losing a large fraction of it's player base.

Second, if I do not receive response to this in a manner I find timely and am not reimbursed the week I've been unable to access my account, do your overloaded servers a favor and remove my account information from them. I haven't supported your corporation and its products for 20 years just to smile while being treated like shit.
