I'm throwing money at the screen, but it isn't working!

Or so it seems. I've tried cancelling and resubscribing, and even bought Crysta, nothing is working, and I want some Fantasia! I don't care about the free month, or even about the extra free days. I want that subscription to tick so that I can get my Fantasia!

Pretty sure you don't get the rewards until the free period has expired, unless you use a time card.

You get the veteran rewards once you actually pay for subscription time. That won't happen until your trial ends.

The only exception is if you add game time cards to your account, they are prepaid, so you get the items right away. But currently, the official game time cards aren't widely avialable yet.
