I don't know if this is the correct thread to post this issue in, i apologize in advance if it is. Okay, so today I decided to run out and get the pc copy of FFXIV ARR because I didn't like the ps3 version due to the poor graphics when I have a gaming pc to run it at full settings. Anyways, I bring the game back and was excited to see how it played on pc so I hastily registered my service account. I then log in and see I have another service account and didnt link my windows version to my previously made ps3 version service account. So I have read on the site that this is a big problem for many because it was in the FAQ. So I filled out a support ticket and now i'm waiting on a response. Long story short, has anyone been through this situation before? If so, I'd like to know if their customer support is quick or not. Or if this is even fixable, because I really wouldnt like starting a whole new character. If anyone has any Info on this please let me know. thank you in advance
