    Clear your internet explorer cache, and lower your security settings to medium (at least)

    This will work. The login screen uses IE settings. So make sure they are at default. Internet option settings that is.

    I actually just did that and am still getting the "currently undergoing maintenance" prompt when logging in. It used to be just fine, then after the servers came back online after the downtime in Japan.. Haven't been able to log in at all..
