Demolish is really good and should always be up on a boss, Touch of death though i dont like as much because its super slow for compared to Demolish and about the same damage, and also it doesnt build any GL, i usually end up use ToD like once on a boss then forgeting about it, its not a huge deal

Touch of Death is MNK's most powerful skill in terms of potency. If your target can soak at least 24s of ToD, you're doing more damage with it than Demolish; 21s is more damage than Snap Punch.

If you think Demolish is "really good" then you should find ToD is even better than that.
