Teir IV Materia {Where}?

So make it quick and easy for everyone, after 20+ iLvL55 item converts I got a whopping ... zero ... Tier 4 materias. Does that mean I have really bad luck or T4 materia became iLvL70+ Items only?

My guess would be 60+ it could be 70. ive had the same results with item 55 gear

iLvL60 Toxotes that drops from Amdapor cannot be converted into materia, so those are out of question.

I'm betting ilvl55 gear will never turn into g4 materia. Grade 4 was originally for ilvl70 or 75 items before they lowered it to ilvl55, and grade III was for ilvl55 or 60, whichever one they were during B3. I'm going to guess that they didn't change everything they needed to when they changed the ilvl of the materia.

Well atm iLvL70 weapons (Avengers, Mailbreaker, etc.) are not bind on equip and thus can be resold after usage. Also they accumulate zero spiritbind when in use.
Coming from legacy everyone have some materia built up, but the new players seems have gotten the short end of the stick once again.

I had one ilvl 55 item turn into STR IV, Aetheryte Ring however it was the only one in about 6 items with Ilvl 55 so far so its pretty rare.
