    After running a few instances using the dungeon finder, I must admit, I am wanting a kick system implemented in the near future. Today, I grabbed a healer friend and ran Stone Vigil. Our Group makeup was myself as a paladin, her as a white mage, a dragoon, and a summoner. Both the dragoon and summoner were new to the instance, and although I knew the boss fights, I wasn't able to kill the final boss due to time restrictions. But that is beside the point. In the group that was successful, with the dragoon and summoner, I really wanted to kick the summoner. Not because he was new to the instance, but he wasn't paying attention to the boss strats, was standing in front of the boss, and spent most of his time dead because he didn't listen. This really frustrated myself and the healer. We both wanted to kick the summoner and keep the dragoon who did an amazingly good job. He was listening, he did what was needed, and was quick on the ball. I marked targets and only once did he screw that up, but hey! That is fine, he did a great job. He even did the cannon duty on the second boss. Although we got bad luck at times with multiple tornadoes sitting on a cannon, but such is the boss fight. Didn't blame him because he couldn't use the cannon on time if he even could.

    A vote to kick system I think will help separate the good and bad dps. By removing the bad dps to bring in dps who will do what is needed. And truly, after being kicked enough times, the dps will smarten up if he wants to get anything done.

    Also, at the end of Stone Vigil, that dead summoner thanked us for carrying him. Yea, thats right. CARRYING HIM. The Dragoon thanked us for having him and for explaining the fights to him so that when he does it again, he can explain what is going on.
