    [Suggestion] Roll device improvement

Just to let you know, that is kinda really stupid that when you finish an instance (Garuda HM for example), he drops a loot, and you can "NEED" on it, and you have to wait the timer on roll to be down or you won't get it, and then you can't quit the instance.

To resume, the roll device is totally fucked up, when someone need, the greedy should be canceled ...

If you are in a instance, you have to wait till the role timer goes to 0 to leave instance. And if unfortunatly you "needed" and you leave instance you'll be totally fucked up ...

I thought the timer only came into play when some of the party did not select N vs. G vs. P...

First off... Stop trying to PUG hardmode instances. Even when you manage to clear it, it never ends well and entirely screws up the ability for a group to coordinate how drops are distributed.

Secondly... Not sure how you didn't manage to notice from all those instances you did prior, but the timer only matters until everyone in the party has rolled or passed on the item. If the timer is lasting too long for something, chances are someone in your group is being oblivious to it (also indicates a 'special' player since it isn't their first instance and they should know this), or someone is intentionally drawing it out just to be a jerk.

While I do agree that 'need' rolls should take a priority and once made only require those people who can also roll 'need' before the roll is completed, I believe that the reason why it doesn't currently do this is because there exists a small chance where even if someone has rolled 'need' someone with a 'greed' roll can still occasionally win if the 'need' roll is very low. The reason for this chance is likely to add some level of fairness when it comes to equipment that can only be used by the healer/tank since this person usually has no competition for loot and could potentially farm instances just for the gear.
