Nope. Repeatables just result in grinding the most cost-effective thing. We have guildhests, Levemete's, FATE's and dungeons already that repeat.

Nope. The buy prices should be the market purchase average, (eg if you buy from a NPC, it literately buys it from a player+5%) and the sell to NPC prices should be zero.

I don't see why you can't repair your own gear or at least have other players do it provided you have the materials.
