Square would rather cancel tickets than respond to them, you might be better off just selling your digital collector's edition to someone else. I had my first ticket cancelled regarding this exact same issue (which is silly since it is the only MMO I've played where you couldn't add another registration code). Before I was willing to eat the $30US difference, but since Square opted to just delete tickets instead of resolving them I won't settle for less than a full refund for the digital CE (don't care who they get to pay) or the SE upgrade and $30 in game services (2 months or $30 in game crystal things for when the store goes active). I didn't even realize it until the game went live that they were running $20 for an upgrade from SE to CE.

As an MMO it is really good, but as a company Square needs to get a grip on customer service.
