Thread: Can't Finish Launcher/Code Already Registered

So skipping the other fun options of live chat and such since I've already been through that pointless hell on other issues I'm hoping to get help here.

Computer fried so bought another and redownloaded game. Now I can't get past the code window on the launcher since code is already registered. What can I do? Please help me get my FF fix. It's been 5 days without it and I'm seriously jonesing.

When I start the launcher it shows I need to register an account and enter registration code. I click Next button then get screen with buttons for whether I have account or not, choose the one "I already possess an account", put in name and password, click the Log In button, then next screen is to put in registration code.

It's making me go through this again as if it's the first time though it's not so need to know how to get around it. So far everything about this game has been a headache to get anything done. I couldn't even get the benchmark to work while waiting for answer to this thread because of DirectX error even though DirectX is updated. Had no problem with it working before.

Hopefully someone will have an answer.

this is exactly my problem also, yuffiefan. i've even been IN the game and have a level 2 character.

i've even submitted a ticket to SE but get a boilerplate response on how to register, etc.

what do we install to get a "play game" screen for those of us who have already registered and been playing already?
