Creating a Class Basics Tutorial Series for Beginners!

Hey Adventurers,

My name is Pounce, and I am an aspiring streamer/gamer/voice actor. I've been having an absolute blast playing FF XIV, and I really wanted to give something back to the community that has been so awesome to me. Towards that end, I decided to launch a tutorial series aimed at beginners to MMOs and newbies to ARR alike. In this series we'll cover the opening levels of each class, general playstyle, and other things like cross-class skills.

I've already released the first two episodes, and the feedback has been very positive. Players have been very helpful in helping me refine and improve the tutorial series as it progresses. I just wanted to share what I've done so far with you all:

I welcome any feedback you might have as I continue the class series and branch out into things like dungeon and party basics in future. Help me make these videos great for teaching new adventurers the ropes in Eorzea!

Probably leveling. It took an entire weekend to get all the disciples of war and the conjurer to level 15. I still have to get to work on the thamaturge and arcanist.

I noticed that you don't like to be in the red circle of death. I like things hardcore so stay in them. After 33 years of gaming it helps to keep interest.

Well, after over 7 years of progressive hard mode end-game raiding in World of Warcraft, moving out of avoidable effects has been hard wired into my DNA. It's almost automatic, honestly. I'm so used to being one shot and/or crippled for one misstep I just can't bring myself to eat those attacks. Also, I've been doing Duty Finder recently and some of the ones in there really pack a punch.

There are a lot of good tutorials already no need to do another just to promote yourself, lets focus on the game and enjoy it.
