No, Yoshi and the dev's disabled it on account of them worrying about harrasment issues.
In other MMORPG's that have a duty finder like option where people come together from different servers there is alwasy horrible harassment problems using tells. Think of it like when a person has the anonymity of the internet makes them a jerk, than add another layer of anonymity with the duty finer to become a super jerk, this is what SE is trying to avoid.
That's dumb imo if someone is hassling you just put them on ignoreNo, Yoshi and the dev's disabled it on account of them worrying about harrasment issues.

I agree, but a majority of MMORPG players aren't that smart. They solve it by sending in a ticket to a GM, and theres not really anything a GM can do other than give them a little talk. Thats another reason to probably will clear up allot of useless GM tickets about people being harassed when simply /blist them would solve everything.
Although on another note idk if you can /blist someone from another server? I have never tried it.

It's currently not possible, so that would further compound the problem of allowing tells. Like with tells, I don't know if it's a feature they have purposely disabled or if it's technically impossible due to the people being on another world and you cannot add people from different worlds on your friend list.
I also noticed i can't trade with my free companies pals while im in a duty
Is that working as intend or a bug cuase that and not being able to whisper i thought the game was broke lol
