Also - a bit OT but anyway - any good tips or even maybe video(s) to deal with the (second) Ifrit challenge?

I have yet to get to the second ifrit challenge. I've been multiclass leveling EVERY class to at least lvl15 so that I can explore more jobs than MONK. But as many dungeon runs and such I am redoing to lvl up.. be sure to check back for stuff just like that.
