Another idea to help people using the controller is to macro certain abilities together, such as buffs. That way you can have multiple abilities that only take up one slot on the cross hot bar. I'm sure lots of people already know to do it, but there may be some that don't.

I'm looking into macro setups... going to make a video when I find MY sweet spot, but since progessing the story, I have changed my crossbar setup a bit to accommodate class vs jobs and to accomodate my chocobo summon. Will keep you guys updated.
