The only new thing I learned from this was that some people don't use potions during battle. Weird. I don't understand why you would only want the potions on an out-of-combat hotbar at all. But if that works for you, whatever.

I figured all of this out on my own during the betas from trial and error, but it's nice to see the info in one place for new people.

I use potions in combat a lot... this video was made right after a party meetup, so I didn't require any potions on my skillsets... This is mainly for new players. Vet players usually have figured this out already.
