Show multiple chat windows at once

Is there a way to display more than one chat window at the same time on PS3 (and move them around). I know you can have multiple tabs of chats but it is not always convent to change them. Currently I have to press select then R1/L1 to cycle, however if I have anything at all targeted I have to stop everything/untarget to focus to the chat window and change it to what I want to see. That's bad if in middle of a battle, or doing something on another window. I assume on PC you can easily just click tab to chane wiith mouse and go back to what you were doing no problem. On PS3 it's alot more comber some that it needs to be I think.

I also have some issues with the chat filters. The basic player chat ones are fine, but all the system messages, battle spam, trade spam, ect seemed difficult to determine which filter controlled which. Like if I open a chest, I get a message that I have recieved an item on one filter, but the actual "you have found THIS" item name comes up on a different one. Which leads to why I would like to see multiple window at once. I don't want to have anything but player chat in one window and spammy but possibly important stuff in another, and I don't want to miss anything by not having that window visible all the time
