Question about Veteran Rewards

I had subscribed "standard" service, 90-days subscription periods (continue automatically) and paid that by my debit card since Aug 27th. My account now has status like this:

Account Type: Collector's Edition Windows®
Subscription: Standard
Payment Method: Credit Card/Debit Card
Number of Characters: 1 Character（1）

But when i switch to the optional service page, nothing like "your presents can be redeemed!!" appears, the page just showing what-you-may-get-when-you-blah blah blah....

Can anyone tell me when I can get my swimsuit and other things? When SE first charge my card at the end of the month(or early next month) when the 30-days period that come with CDK is over?

They need to just open it up for those of us who wish to subscribe to get it out the way and stop talking about it. Personally, I'm sitting on Crysta that I cannot use.

As for the items, you receive them via in-game mail or get a "voucher" that can be redeemed by talking to an NPC who sells that particular cosmetic. For example: There's a Merchant in Revenants Toll that exchanges Crusader Vouchers for a Black Swimsuit.

Veteran Rewards are distributed at the time of payment - you have not paid for the subscription yet

credit cards are not charged, crysta is not spent, and NA time cards do not give you gametime they give you crysta

The only way to currently get Veteran Rewards is to have an EU account and add EU timecards to it - that account and characters on that account will then have the veteran rewards.
