No class quests after 30...

Are there seriously no more class quests after your level 30 quest to unlock your job or am I missing something....?

They become job quests at 35, 40, etc. Talk to your job trainer

Well I knew about the job quests but those arent class quests. I just figured they would keep the storyline going since I thought SE wanted you playing classes while out soloing and jobs in a limited fashion during groups - all the job abilities reflect this as well.

So... At level 30, you start working towards your advanced job. I'm assuming you're working on/towards Warrior.
Then you go back to the Warrior guy at the waterfall every 5 levels. 35/40/45, etc. and he gives you new quests to learn new spells.
However, for basic job like Marauder, they halt at 30.

Well after lvl 30 you should know all you need to know about playing your class solo. The rest of the game places an emphasis on group play (as all of the content is) and so they have you learn to play as the more concentrated party role.

Basically, your class advances along with the job.

Your Class quest ends at level 30 and is then replaced by your Job quest until level 50.

Your class quests end at 30 because that's when their story is resolved, in case you weren't actually paying attention to the story of your class quests.
