Does anyone know a way to actually get a hold of NA support?

I have all the phone numbers... either busy or can't transfer. Chat support is always coming back with no agent available. Email support tickets are being auto closed after 48 hrs.

I am very patient, I just would like to be able to actually 'get in line' so to speak.

I would like to know as well. I've seen people use the live chat system before. They posted their chats in the forums telling everyone that SE still didn't help them solve their issue. I havent read any forums on phone calls, but every time I try to call them I get a busy sound.

Havent had a response for email or chat support all week. Number either busy or get an automated machine then booted. Piss poor customer service.

Sorry but I had to lol at work. This is pretty useful but also I had to laugh at what one needs to apparently go through just to cross one's own fingers for a miracle of actually making contact with someone.

I would be all in but I'm at work M-F and can't try this nifty trick.
