Anybody find current NMs that aren't spank and tank?

Just from my experience, phaia, prince of pestilence, cactuar jack, and kokoroon quickfingers, these NMs I've experienced essentially just require to get a good aoe healer and then do damage like there's no tomorrow by mashing buttons. Am I missing something or is this lack of skill required for getting this gear among all fights against NMs?

You need a dedicated tank for the Dodore, Great Buffalo, Tarbh Usige, and Goblins.

Rest are easy peasy.

THM are OP, this needs to be fixed. Also the NMs are all to easy.
