    long loading screens, help?

I have 3 computers all 3 computers have the same model of HDD. One of the computer I have runs FF perfectly at max graphics setting(it's components are a lot better) so i'm excluding this one from the next bit.
The other 2 computers both have the same HDD, and Processor. One(computer a) takes 2-10 seconds to load loading screens, the other(computer b) takes 1-2 minutes to load loading screens
I did a clean windows install today on the 2 computers, both computers have nothing but windows 7 and FF installed, The loading screen takes 1-5 seconds computer a and 1-2 minutes on the computer b.Rules out HDD.
Computer a and b both have the same processor and HDD, ruling out both HDD and Processor.
Computer a has AMD Radeon HD 6570 graphics card, computer b has a NVIDIA Geforce GT430. the Nvidia is slightly worse than the amd. possibly the Nvidia?
Computer a has 4gb of ram and computer b has 3gb of ram, possibly ram?
Before I throw money at computer B could someone offer some insight on if it's the ram or gfx card causes loading issues? if you figure it's neither ram nor gfx card could you explain why? Thank you.

I always thought ram controlled load times. However in this day and age, technology move's so fast I know that an SSD can speed up load times as well.

Well, the GT 430 is a low end card and I would imagine struggle quite badly with the game, also what type of ram do you have in those computers? 1333,1600 etc. It might be worth checking the health of your HDD with something like HDtune or another piece of software, just because they are the same doesn't mean they are performing the same,if you know what I mean.
