i could never get ahold of customer service and since i first created my pc account before the mog site was up and running when i registered my ps3 version of the game to my account it only registered the ps3 copy since the new site was in place over writing my pc copy so what i had to do was buy a new copy of the pc version and register the code on the mog site and that fixed the issue is this a great solution no but it does fix the problem i personaly wish there was a way to contact square but there isnt they just run you in circles till your so pissed that you cant enjoy there products anymore so that is the best advice i can give on how i fixed the problem
