PLAYER RATING SYSTEM!!!

Hiw would everyone like it if you could rate a person on the loadstone or in game on how they acted in game during a raid , dungeon or just exploring. Am tired if people being A holes in random party's and not being able to have some feedback about it.

I would like to know how others have to say about a rating system being implicated in to the game/loadstone
