My ticket was created on 27 Aug, finally escalated on 3 Sept and I have still not received a fix for my account. I have waited in numerous queues for the past few days and have not been able to contact live chat since the 3rd getting a No agent available. I cannot currently call Support as I am active duty military currently overseas. This is just getting ridiculous.
