    How to claim achievement reward items?

    Yesterday I got an achievement for 5 materia melds it claims to reward a crown item but I have no idea how to get the item. I thought maybe it would be sent in the mail but today I still have nothing. Nothing was put in my inventory when I unlocked the achievement so i assume there is some other way to get the item.

    Theres an NPC in Gridania at Apkulla falls or whatever its called that apparently gives the items,titles out etc..
