A little help with graphics card and lagg issues

hey, finaly got on the game today and have been having a few issues with lagg and fps, i dont really do much pc gaming because most of my buds and clan mates have an xbox 360, my gtx670 has just packed in on my gaming computer and i dont want any games on my mac (i use for editing). i have a spare gtx 660 sc and i was just wandering if that would be good enough to run at over 30-40 fps untill i get a new 670, also is it just me or is everyone having lagg problems atm because of how full the servers are? it just feels very sluggish when ever i click or move.

Should run fine. I can run Max with the 7770 between 30 and 40 and the GTX660 is a better card. I run the game at 60FPS on High (Laptop settings) and the appearance difference really isn't there.

I use a 660TI and I run the game flawless on max settings.

installed the card earlier today and it runs the game on max settings no problems. still having lagg issues but that seems to be at a certain time so im guessing its just server lagg. thanks for the replies =)
