Unable to Complete Quest "Skeletons In Her Closet" - Report to Ursandel.

Area and coordinates: Old Gridania 11,4
Steps:
1. I was riding a Chocobo Porter (I think from Camp Tranquil to Gridania) While waiting for a party to form for Haukke Manor using Duty Finder.
2. I clicked "Commence" in the Duty finder while still riding the Chocobo
3. I played and completed Haukke Manor
4. Upon Exiting the Dungeon, I was placed immediately back in the middle of my Chocobo ride (Did not see a cutscene, but Journal says I "saw two masked men flee")
5. I am unable to complete the next step in the Quest "Report to Ursandel" He does not have a Quest marker. Clicking "Map" in the Journal for this quest does nothing, There is no abandon button on Quest, Cannot Continue story past this point.

Have Tried: Changing Zones, Logging out, Exiting Game, Speaking to Minfilia, Completing other quests, Completing Haukke Manor Again. Same issue persists.
