Nearly all the servers were open like an hour ago when I created another character

That's kinda the point though, "nearly" all servers do come available at some point during the day, but there are specific ones that never do, and there are people who have bought the game to play with friends who happen to be on those specific servers. So these people are stuck not even being able to create a character, nearly 2 weeks after release.

Specificaly we're talking Moogle (EU), Ultros (NA) , Behemoth (NA), Cactuar (NA), Excalibur (NA) and Hyperion (NA) from the EU and NA servers. The only times they've been available in pretty much the last week was for a very brief period just after the servers came up after maintenance on Wednesday.

For that split second. Seriously. These servers come open for MAYBE 2 to 3 minutes TOPS before they close again. And regardless of any of that - does that mean the people playing on a "full" server are SOL? They are being alienated as customers. And their customers/ potential customers are dropping like flies. Clearly this is the solution in SE's eyes. Once people decide that they won't play the game because of all of their crap then the numbers will die down naturally. Guess they won't be having a strong population on their MMO after all since they can't man up and fix the problems or at least GIVE US A FRICKIN SOLUTION OR ETA

I've refreshing the list once an hour since 1 am through 8 am, and every 5-10 minutes (or generally every 3 minutes when I can) since then until now. All servers during the morning were available from Famfrit through Sargatanas. Lich, Phoenix, Odin, Shiva, Cerberus, Ragnarok, and now Sargatanas recently have become unavailable. Moogle, Ultros, Behemoth, Cactuar, Excalibur, and Hyperion have not been available all day. I've been sitting at home spamming the refresh button all day. Just the fact that I can tell you exact servers that were available and unavailable at different times of the day is indicative at how attentive I have been in not playing the game but instead refreshing the server list all day.

If they came up for 30 seconds and I can't refresh outside of once every 3 minutes, that does me no good at all.
