Mimic like on Final Fantasy 3 / 6 from Gogo. Not the bluemage type but one that can copy and paste peoples combos and spells while in a party.

So lets say your Mimic is in party. The more members in your party the higher / stronger the ablities play for mimicing other jobs ablilites to do damage. So full group you would do full damage of what the other party member is doing. If their is only one person in the group your skills are halved in half and only do half damage. Mimic will use a speical weapon that is able to transform into another weapon in battle such as a bow or sword or what ever. Each round in a Battle you can pick and choose one combat skill they used each time. When solo the Mimic can only use spells or skills if you have learned them first from playing other jobs like normal. So they are basically useless if your play them at the start with out playing another job and leveling them first.
