That's because 90% of them have curses and derogatory comments towards square and break the TOS of the forums. Now their support is pretty lackluster, If it does not get a significant improvement soon It will never get better. I understand their getting like a million inquiries but canceling a ticket due to volume is just plain bad.

If people could learn to post in a constructive manor about the service I'm sure they would stay but if they contain curses, racist comments and just plain nasty stuff why would they leave them on the forum???

They are also deleting many of them because they are not actual requests for technical support...... like this one.

Their support staff are already overwhelmed without having to dig through threads that don't belong in order to find actual support requests. If someone has an issue, they are supposed to search for threads that already cover their issue. If they find one, they are supposed to reply to them. New threads should only be created if the search returns no pertinent results.

These steps help to reduce forum clutter, making it easier for the support staff to see what needs attention. The longer a single thread is, the more attention it is likely to get. Making numerous threads about the same issues is counter-productive. Such counter-productivity can only be controlled by deleting threads until people start working with the system, instead of against it.
