Customer Service is a very important part of any company, if not the back bone. But apparently for SE, (at least in North America) it doesn't really matter.

I think I would have better luck with a call center in India than this poor sorry excuse of Customer Service "Support Center".
After a week of not having my ticket responded to I called yesterday right at 9am PST, the person I talked to fixed my account while I was on the phone with him.
