After a week of not having my ticket responded to I called yesterday right at 9am PST, the person I talked to fixed my account while I was on the phone with him.I'm on the phone trying to get in contact with their customer service support. At first, it was busy, for about an hour. Then, I got through, only to get the voice recording and puts me on hold. It's right now 2:55pm EST and I've been on hold since 1:30pm EST.
Customer Service is a very important part of any company, if not the back bone. But apparently for SE, (at least in North America) it doesn't really matter.
I think I would have better luck with a call center in India than this poor sorry excuse of Customer Service "Support Center".
