    I'm on the phone trying to get in contact with their customer service support. At first, it was busy, for about an hour. Then, I got through, only to get the voice recording and puts me on hold. It's right now 2:55pm EST and I've been on hold since 1:30pm EST.

    Customer Service is a very important part of any company, if not the back bone. But apparently for SE, (at least in North America) it doesn't really matter.

    I think I would have better luck with a call center in India than this poor sorry excuse of Customer Service "Support Center".

    After a week of not having my ticket responded to I called yesterday right at 9am PST, the person I talked to fixed my account while I was on the phone with him.

    My sister has been trying to get her account fixed. I have been trying to help her on this matter but I cant seen to find a chat line or phone.

    I would appreciate very much if someone were able to provide a link to where I can find it since the support site only allows her to use e mail and it seems the matter has been handled poorly through that method. She's new to mmos so I'm trying to help her with this.

    I've said it so many time that SE has a very bad customer service. I feel like I'm a begger who asking King Square Enix the Great to do something for me, I don't feel like I'm a customer at all.

    I mean you kinda need to be realistic... they probably have a high call volume and only but so many reps. all you can do is be patient... I worked in a call center when i was in high school it's not fun watching that que rise.

    My friend is having the same issue as stated here by OP. I see some people talking about a live chat. I have been looking over the support page for the option of a live chat but was unable to locate it. Does anyone have a link to their live support chat?

    But our characters are on Account 1, but our code was entered to account 2
