I had the "2nd Service Account" issue.
Was fixed (finally) on 6th Sept.

I now have 30 days playtime on my main account (the original 30 days).
I also have 28 days on my defunct Service Account (21 days it was down to + the "free 7 days")

So they HAVE added it, just not to the correct account.
Not even going to bother wasting my time trying to get that issue sorted with SE. They cannot cope with the problems they already have created, let alone something as "minor" as cocking up the Free Time allocation.
