    Did not get the 7 additional free days.

    It is supposed to be reflected on your account after the Sep. 3rd-4th maintenance was over, but I have checked my account on the Mog Station and it does not show the extra 7 days.

    For that matter, I still haven't been able to create a character on the server I need to be on and play, so not getting the 7 days at this point just makes the 30 days included with the purchase of the game feel even worse.

    I got mine. I registered the game and began playing on the 27th (I believe). I didn't buy the game I had FFXIV CE and got the new version for free but because of this I only got 14 days free not 30. My time shows that I currently am able to play until the 16th w/ renewal on the 17th giving me 21 days. Dunno if that helps anyone just thought I would share that I myself have received it and what my conditions where. Good luck.

    I still do not have the 7 days applied to my account. And I still cannot create a character on the server that I need to be on.

    I had the "2nd Service Account" issue.
    Was fixed (finally) on 6th Sept.

    I now have 30 days playtime on my main account (the original 30 days).
    I also have 28 days on my defunct Service Account (21 days it was down to + the "free 7 days")

    So they HAVE added it, just not to the correct account.
    Not even going to bother wasting my time trying to get that issue sorted with SE. They cannot cope with the problems they already have created, let alone something as "minor" as cocking up the Free Time allocation.
