Behemoth/Odin/NMs should NOT pop after 12. It's ruining our health and bodies.

So let's get this straight: You got some NMs on 48~72 hour respawn times, so you don't know when they spawn but you need to get them to stay on par with the tokens. You wait all night til 4AM and go to bed figuring they wont spawn, wake up and found out they spawned at 5AM. This is what happened on Hyperion just last late night (or very early morning, depending on how you want to look at it). Both Odin and Behemoth spawned 30 minutes apart at 2AM server time (5AM for us east coasters). Only people who don't sleep got to challenge him. When I woke up, I was physically sick and ill from staying up so late with the hope of challenging them. And now I have to wait 48 hours and stay up all night and damage my body further just to be able to have another shot at it.

This is only encouraging people to ruin their sleep schedules and stay up all night and pay attention to the game undivided and never sleep just to get to challenge some of your only unique endgame content. Ruining their health as well, and mine. I think they should immediately implement a restriction so that NMs only spawn during healthy hours. People should not have to risk their health just to play what little there is of your endgame. NMs should only be spawning from the morning to midnight, no earlier and no later. Say 6AM ~ 12AM would be fine. That's 18 hours, let people sleep for the other 6.
