Steps:
1. Went to the NPC to progress with the Relic Reborn quest.
2. Accidentally accepted the next part and got put into the instance with the Hydra.
3. Went to leave the instance, and my quest was abandoned.
4. Ran back to the NPC who gives you the relic quest to start back where i left off.
5. The quest put me back at the beginning, and would not let me start where i left off.
