Character disappeared... O.o

I have a Character in Hyperion and a week ago, I create another in Gungnir in order to Play with a couple of friends there... But today I was looking in The Lodestone and it says that I have just 1 character, the Main in Hyperion...

Where is my other chareacter??

Name: Hitomi Ayanami
World: Gungnir
Race: Female Miqo'te
Class: Archer

Well, I'm working rigth now... So, I can't check it In-Game... But, my question is why I can't see it In the Lodestone now?? She used to be there...

I have 4 characters and only 2 show up on lodestone. It's an error. Nothing to worry about until you get home and see if the chracter(s) are/is still in game.

The coupling between the website and the game is deplorable. In fact, everything about square enix that isn't directly related to gameplay (if the game worked right) is comical at best...

I enjoy FF14, or, did before my account became inaccessible due to web dev errors and I was quoted a 7 week lead time for my service ticket.

Edit: I did a Manual Player Search, and... She actually appears... ¬_¬

And, I found that someone in Cactuar have the same name... LOL
