    Coeurl mount is not on my mount menu after using the bell

    I redeem the code for the collectors and got all the items on the mail use the bell and the chocobo behemoth armor and got the armor but the mount wont appear in the mount menu, and yes i already got my chocobo i reboot but still it wont appear the item is gone from my inventory and support for the game sucks made too tickets and all i receive from them is the generic response to make a post in the forums and then the close the ticket great costumer service.

    Manage to get a hold on a support representative by phone and after an hour long wait he just told me that only a GM can help with my problem but so far i haven't found a way to contact a GM. If anyone know how to get on hold of such mythical creature please let me know all the tickets i have created so far have been close and answer with a can response.

    Finally found out where to place a GM call only to receive the same can response u get on the mail support.
