Starting cut scene doesn't load

So, every once in a while I will get into ARR and sit on the title screen for a bit for whatever reason (walk away for a bit to grab something, etc..) and when I come back, the beginning movie will run. Which is fine, whatever. I have nothing against it.

Only problem? The movie never loads fully, it always shows the loading icon at the bottom right, so what happens is I am unable to jump out of the movie with esc so that I can enter the game. I end up having to wait for it to run through on my computer before I can get back to the starting menu and log in. I hear all the sounds that the movie has, but no video. Nothing.

Anyone else having this issue? Or am I the unlucky one. ;C

I haven't ever had it happen to me. You could always try to re-install.
